Narendra Modi in Ukraine LIVE Updates PM Modi saluted with’ Bharat Mata ki Jai’ chant by Indian community in Kyiv

Prime Minister Narendra Modi embarked on his first visit to Ukraine moment, marking a major moment as the first Indian PM to visit the country since establishing politic ties.

This visit follows Modi’s two-day stay in Poland, where he emphasized India’s expedient for an early return of peace in Ukraine. Modi is listed to engage in both one-on-one and delegation-position exchanges with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, fastening on the peaceful resolution of the ongoing conflict with Russia.

Despite India’s neutral station in the Ukraine conflict, Modi’s recent meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin drew review from the West, as it coincided with a Russian strike on a Kyiv sanitarium.

Modi, still, has constantly supported peace through” dialogue and tactfulness,” reaffirming this station during a meeting with Zelenskyy at the G7 peak in June. During his seven-hour stay in Kyiv, Modi aims to strengthen bilateral ties and assure Ukraine of India’s commitment to supporting a peaceful result, while maintaining friendly relations with both Russia and Ukraine.
